I’ll be direct—my approach is very different from traditional recruiting or headhunting.

Most of that world is focused on selling candidates into roles. I’m not.

My focus is helping you evaluate whether an organization’s problems are worth solving—and whether you are the right person to solve them. That shift changes everything.

At the executive level, this isn’t about chasing the next opportunity. It’s about identifying where you can create real impact—and ensuring it aligns with your long-term direction.

In fact, I’d rather you turn down the wrong opportunities than accept one that doesn’t fit. This is a selective process. The goal isn’t more options—it’s the right one.

That requires a different strategy.

I work with leaders who are frustrated with the process or feel stuck in roles that no longer serve them. Together, we change that—often rapidly. The focus is simple: secure the right role in days or weeks, not months.
