Description

Christina Jones, Ed.D. (ABD) is a senior higher education administrator with extensive experience in campus leadership, academic operations, enrollment management, and regulatory compliance across both nonprofit and proprietary higher education environments. She has successfully led campus launches, institutional transitions, and multi-site operations, with responsibility for enrollment strategy, academic delivery, accreditation, and community engagement.

Throughout her career, Christina has overseen complex operational portfolios supporting large and diverse adult-learner populations. Her work includes improving enrollment outcomes, strengthening retention and student success metrics, and ensuring institutional compliance with accrediting bodies such as SACSCOC, COE, and ACICS. She has also played a key role in advancing program quality, supporting licensure outcomes, and aligning academic offerings with regional workforce and employer needs.

Christina is known for her strategic, detail-oriented leadership style and her ability to collaborate effectively across academic, operational, and administrative teams. She brings particular strength in launching hybrid and workforce-aligned programs, building sustainable community and employer partnerships, and leading organizations through periods of growth and change.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University.
